Follow-up Comment #9, task #13269 (project administration):

Hello Joaquín,

When you add a new comment to this task (through the web interface), at the
bottom of the page there is section "Attached files" which allows you to
attach up to four files.

Clicking of the "choose file" button, selecting a local file,
then clicking on the "Submit Changes and Return to this item" at the bottom of
the page should upload the file.

I have just tested the upload, it should look like this:

Are you seeing different behavior?
