Hello Iwakeh,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

To host code on GNU Savannah, it needs to comply with GNU Savannah hosting
requirement:

There are few issues with the archive you've provided:

1. To be hosted on GnU Savannah, projects using Java must be able to run using
a Free java implementation (e.g. OpenJDK-7) without requiring any non-free
classes/compilers/etc. Please ensure and confirm this project is able to be
used with a free java implementation.

2. There is a GeoIP database included, supposedly downloaded from
MaxMind.com.
It is not clear what the license of the database is, and wether it is
consdered Free (as in Freedom). Please either clarify the license of this
file, or remove it from the distribuion.
Additionally, if the database is not free, your software should not require it
to be able to function properly.

3. There are several 3rd-party 'jar' libraries in
'./Orchid-develop/lib/testing/' directory.
Please list the license for each library, and do not add the compiled
binaries/jar for them.

4. It seems part of the Tor specification documents are included verbatim in
'./Orchid-develop/doc/spec/' without specifing the license or the author.
Please add this information, or remove the files.

5. Some classes under
"./Orchid-develop/opt/xmlrpc/com/subgraph/orchid/xmlrpc/" and
"/Orchid-develop/src/com/subgraph/orchid/sockets/" mention "Android" - is this
project meant to be used on the Android platform? if so, to be hosted on GNU
Savannah it must be also able to run on "Replicant" platform, and without
requiring any non-free software.

6. If there are other dependencies or required libraries, please list them and
their licenses.

Please let us know when these issues have been addresses, and we could
continue with the project evaluation.
