Hello,

Thank you for the update. Sorry for the delay.

I might be confused about something, but the original archive had these
files:
  ./lib/Software/License/AGPL_3/or_later.pm
  ./lib/Software/License/GPL_3/or_later.pm
  ./lib/Software/License/OrLaterPack.pm

which seem to be the "Core" of the project (and those were missing the
copyright statement), while the new archive does not have these files at all.
Am I missing something?
