Follow-up Comment #2:

Hello

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

To comply with the hosting requirements, there are few issues that need to be
addressed
(see http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php and
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly )

The file 'doc/Apache-Handler-HOWTO.md' mention "Linux", when referring to the
GNU/Linux operating system ("Linux" is the kernel, not the entire OS).
Please change the wording to "GNU/Linux" unless referring specifically to
kernel issues.
See http://www.gnu.org/gnu/why-gnu-linux.html ,
http://www.gnu.org/gnu/linux-and-gnu.html .

The files 'src/MarkdownExtended/MarkdownExtended.php',
'man/markdown-extended.3.man', 'doc/MANPAGE.md' use the term "Open Source"
when referring to free-software.
Please change the wording to "Free Software".
See http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.html ,
https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/words-to-avoid.html .

Savannah's project names are global and unique (not per-user).
As such, 3-letter project names are discouraged. Please suggest a longer
project name (4 letters or longer).

It is also recommended to add explicit copyright statement and license
information in each file, instead of say "See License file".
This will ensure that if a file from your project is reused in another
project, the licensing information is properly kept.
A copyright statement should be written as:
  Copyright YEARS NAME
or
  Copyright (C) YEARS NAME (email)

An example of an explicit 3-Clause BSD license can be seen here:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/release/10.0.0/sys/compat/netbsd/dvcfg.h?revision=260789&view=markup

please upload an updated archive to GNU
Savannah to continue with the submission process.

regards,
- assaf
