This application is able to assist in the analysis and design of a
cam-follower mechanism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cam).

The idea is to make a free replacement of an application called DYNACAM 
(http://www.designofmachinery.com/Cam/) made by Robert Norton and I have the
help of an important cam expert who agrees with this vision.

It is written entirely in Python 3.

I haven't found any other application that does the same and has a free
license so this perhaps this is one of the few.
