Dear Pavel,

Many thanks for considering Rheolef.

Source files in the Rheolef distribution are under the GPL-2 licence.
This can be added to COPYING.FRENCH, ChangeLog, README.
Rheolef is a mature software. From years, it is part of the Debian GNU/Linuxs stable distribution.
For convenience, the source distribution includes also some utilities:
here is the complete list of these, with the corresponding licence.

                  Status:                    None => In Progress

Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello, Pierre!

Thank you for submitting your package.

First, all non-trivial files should have valid copyright and license notices
<https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/>; files like
COPYING.FRENCH, ChangeLog, README haven't.

Then, I've just picked utils/doubledouble/math.cc and noticed that it says
"Except where otherwise indicated, this program is free software". I really
don't like this; for me, this suggests that it is not free software somewhere,
making the whole thing proprietary.
