Follow-up Comment #1:
All copyrightable files should have copyright and license notices; your
templates for man (?) pages like dkg-decrypt.1.in lack them (for examples, you
could check man pages for gcc, gawk or less).
This applies to files like ChangeLog and NEWS. Without such notices, any
verbatim redistributors of your tarballs (including Savannah mirror
maintainers and perhaps even Savannah itself) technically become copyright
violators.
Could you fix that?
