Hello, Ben!
Thank you for submitting your package! Generally, it looks fine, but I have
two minor concerns:
* the unix name you requested is too short; what about using "message" or
"guile-messenger"?
* your project is in a very early stage; could we postpone the registration
until some non-trivial functions are implemented at least as a
proof-of-concept?
