==== Description: ====
This is yet another installer. Why another? Its codebase is based on TKinter
and Python only - an end user just needs a base Python installation (>= 2.7)
in order to use it. This is crucial for individuals or institutions that have
issues using/installing binary files on their machines and need an alternative
setup architecture.
The current release supports very basic functionality - a license window,
program path creation, and Python scripting to customize the install. It is
nominally designed for Windows users as Windows does not support
package management, however Linux/MacOS users are certainly welcome to use it.
==== Other Software Required: ====
Python 2.7,Python 2.7 license,Python.org
==== Other Comments: ====
This program has NO Windows dependencies. This is by design.
