Follow-up Comment #1:
We discourage simplistic packages: your bot is a single script file much less
than the GPL itself. It isn't likely that your package really needs a
full-fledged Savannah group including mailing lists, VCS repositories, various
trackers and so on; it could be hosted in a single web page.
