GNU Micron is an implementation of the UNIX cron daemon, a program that
executes periodically various tasks.  It offers a number of enhancements while
maintaining reasonable level of compatibility with the two most widely used
cron implementations: Vixie and Dillon crons.

Micron has been dubbed a GNU package on December 13.
