The font used is Terminus (http://terminus-font.sourceforge.net/) licensed
under the OFL.

If building doesn't work, be sure to have GCC and Binutils configured for
x86_64 cross-compilation (x86_64-elf-gcc).

The tarball provided does not include the Limine binaries, run git submodule
update --init in order to get them.
