The vcc is a chat that supports commands, plugins, groups and it's going to
support guile as its extension language. It's written in C and runs on POSIX.
And now it has several variants such as vcc.py (the implementation in python),
vos (vcc over ssh), webvcc (vcc on web). It's completely free (libre).
