submission specified GPLv2+.  What are the licensing terms of your package?

Then, please make sure that all copyrightable files in your tarball have
[//savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/ valid copyright notices], and
identify the licenses of your dependencies.

Also, please use an exact copy of the license from
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/.
