Good idea.

OK.

Q.: What is kde-config?
/usr/bin/kde-config
Debian package: kdelibs3. KDE core libraries (runtime files).
(No manual neither info page.)
I have executed both "/usr/lib/postgresql/bin/pg_config --help" and
"kde-config --help". I think pg_config is useful to get the paths after the
'debian' bug is fixed. About kde-config issue, I am not sure if the purpose of
this tool. I am going to ask for some similar to pg_config into the kde-devel
list.
The project needs (at current state):
PostgreSQL 7.1 <-- Right???
Qt 2.3.0
KDE no need
P.S.: Could you add this task to the TODO file and commit it?.
