This idea is originally from Laxmi Narayana Kamath kamathln[at]gmail[dot]com

Idea:
Using combination of Pango and OCR to convert from one encoding to other
Example:
Render nudi encoded text to png file using Pango (tell pango to use Nudi
font)
Then pass the image to OCR for getting unicode text from the images
