Follow-up Comment #3, task #10972 (project silpa):

Anish the main task is to parse locale files present under
/usr/share/i18n/locales/ it contains details on date format currency etc. The
C file example given by Santhosh just dumps the contents What we expect is to
parse it and provide a structured output may be in form of dictionary which
can be displayed in html front end of silpa.
