Follow-up Comment #1:

I've pushed changes to master repo. This requires dhvani to be compiled and
installed it assumes dhvani lib present in /usr/local/lib/ folder, also for
ogg format dhvani should be compiled with ogg support. Wav file is raw audio
file can't directly played with vlc
