As a continuation to what I did as part of GSoC, I am cleaning up remaining LibIndic modules to convert them to namespace packages and ensure Python3 compatibility. Once that is completed, I will look into tweaking the REST interface, one Jerin added, to match the new structure.
The indicsyllabifier module has some discrepancies regarding naming. The repo is named syllabalizer, but the module is named indicsyllabifier, and the class is named Syllabalizer. "Syllabifier" being a proper noun that is more commonly used., I suggest we use that throughout. This means
1. Rename the repo to `syllabifier` (GH will retain old links and will redirect to new ones, AFAIK)
2. Rename the class to Syllabifier
3. As part of namespacing, the module will anyway be renamed to libindic-syllabifier
I will be pushing the changes to the class and module name today (can be reverted if there are objections/better suggestions). If no one objects, I will rename the repo to syllabifier on next Saturday. Please pitch in your opinions/suggestions.
