[Sks-devel] A couple of small updates

There are a couple of small updates on the SKS tla branch.  Two
patches have been added in, one that fixes the robots.txt problem
mentioned on the list, and the other that puts in a flag
(-disable_mailsync) that turns off those annoying mailsync messages
that come up if you don't specify any mailsync partners.  This flag
should only be used for standalone servers, mind you.  Otherwise, we
will mess up synchronization between SKS and PKS.

Hopefully, there will be some more patches in the next few days. 
These patches are only lightly tested, so I encourage people to try
them out.
