[Sks-devel] cleanup membership file

Hi,

Since a few gossip peers seem to remain offline or not working, I'm
going to clean up my membership file at
keyserver.secretresearchfacility.com.

This affects following peers:

keyserver.argoss.nl
keyserver.maze.io
openpgp1.claruscomms.net
pgp.megagod.net
sks.keyservers.net
sks.parafoil.net
zomers.be

If the services won't be fixed, I'll remove that entries at June, 1st.

If some server only has temporary problems or is intentionally not
publically available, the respective owner or admin should drop me a note.
