Hi Alfie,
The MIT server is part of the SKS pool, which is a group of keyservers that are kept in sync. A dump from one would equal a dump from any other, modulo a few keys that haven't yet propagated.
Getting key dumps is a normal part of setting up an SKS server, so there are several places you can get such dumps, and you can find them at https://bitbucket.org/skskeyserver/sks-keyserver/wiki/KeydumpSources
