[Sks-devel] SKS Oceania Pool Monitoring Points Decommissioning 30-Jun-2016

In addition to hosting a keyserver for the past 8 years, Riverwillow has
also provided two pool monitoring points in Oceania for quite some time
(Brisbane, QLD, AU and Sydney, NSW, AU).  Regrettably, those must be
decommissioned along with all the company's other servers and services
on Thursday 30-Jun-2016 at 02:00 UTC.

I hope other operators in the Oceania region may be motivated to step in
and fill the breach.
