[Sks-devel] keyserver.wetnet.net back up

After having major issues with lack of disk space and random process OOM 
kills, keyserver.wetnet.net is back up in a new VM on new hardware.

It's been running nice and stable for about a month, has lots of space for 
growth and has even made it back into the pool.

But I'm short on peers so if anyone would like to peer let me know.
