[Slib-discuss] License problem

hi everyone,

I port slib to Solaris now, but now I hit the license problem. Please shed some
light no it. The file "ANNOUNCE" in the package slib version 3b1 declare that:

SLIB is free software.  It has a Permissive-Non-Warranty license
(http://swiss.csail.mit.edu/~jaffer/SLIB_COPYING.txt).

This license is not in the opensource list(http://www.opensource.org/licenses).
Where can I find the exact content of this license?
