[Slib-discuss] slib-3b3 requires SCM for install?

Hi,

I got an error during install slib-3b3.

  % wget http://groups.csail.mit.edu/mac/ftpdir/scm/slib-3b3.tar.gz
  % tar zxf slib-3b3.tar.gz
  % cd slib-3b3
  % ls -l | grep collect
  -rw-r--r--  1 miyamuko  staff    6754 12  8  2008 collect.scm
  -rw-r--r--  1 miyamuko  staff    8343 12  8  2008 collectx.scm
  % make infoz
  % make install

Note that I can install slib-3b2 without scm command.
