speech-dispatcher Fedora Distribution Packages

Hi,

I have been working with assistance from Fedora Packagers to create a
speech-dispatcher packages that could be used on Fedora and ultimately in
OLPC.

I am having trouble creating the python packages, for speech-dispatcher.

Everytime the Makefile for python tries to install the python module in
${prefix} directory. I'd rather want the files to get installed in
%{buildroot}/%{prefix}/lib/python-version/site-packages/speechd/

The interesting thing is that the rpmbuild command that I am using for
packaging installs the rest of the files of speech-dispatcher correctly into
%{buildroot}/

Ideas suggestions on what I could do to fix this would be very helpful.
