A problem with punctuation setting with possible related the Speech-dispatcher Espeak module

Hi,

Thanks for figuring this out, I was having trouble reproducing this.

I'm using espeak version
eSpeak text-to-speech: 1.43.03  13.Mar.10

I infact here "21 <pause> hyphen test"

These all seem to work for me.

I suspect this is already fixed since this all works for me.  However
imho there is a big difference between providing a standard interface
and making things work the same way.  In any case working around synth
bugs like this will lead to madness so I believe its a poor idea.
