Daily Ubuntu packages of Speech Dispatcher's master

Hello,

I created a PPA that provides packages from Speech Dispatcher's git master and
rebuilds them automatically every day using the up-to-date sources. The package
now also depends on the SVOX's Pico TTS and provides the pico output module,
which should provide very good quality synthesizers for 5 major languages
(English, French, German, Spanish, Italian).

The PPA is ppa:dusek/spd-daily. The packages are right now only for Maverick,
earlier releases would require putting svox tts pico into PPA rebuilt for
them. I can also provide packages for Natty, if there is interest, it should
not be a problem (checking one checkbox :-).

I have to stress that due to the nature of Speech Dispatcher's master, the
software in the PPA is not well tested and should not be considered production
ready. If you decide to use the PPA, you should also be knowledgable as how to
revert to your old package in case you experience problems. (Having given the
obligatory warning, I tried the package briefly and it works.)

To add the PPA to your system:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dusek/spd-daily

Then daily (including right after adding the PPA):
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

(Of course there will be new package each day only if there was a change in
master from the last time.)

In the future, I will think if it makes sense to model the Chromium PPAs, i.e.
having daily builds PPA, dev PPA, beta PPA, and stable PPA (we now have the
first and the last mentioned). Beta PPA will definitely be a good one to have,
since Beta basically means "Whole world, please install, use and test!".

Let me know if you have any remarks/ideas about the packages.

Boris
