Hey all.

For those of you not on the Orca list, I am very happy to announce that
Orca's Python 3 migration has been committed to master. This would not
have been possible without Speech Dispatcher for Python 3, so I wanted
to say "Thanks!".

The thought of having to put off those changes to Orca until much later
in the release cycle frightened me due to the potential for breakage and
the need for testing. Having it in time for 3.5.3 is awesome.

On a related note, now that Orca requires Speech Dispatcher 0.8 or
later, distros are going to presumably start looking for that version
and see a statement that the latest version is 0.7.1. Were you all
planning on doing a 0.8 release in the near future, or should I just
tell them to grab master?

Take care.
