v0.8: capitalized words are spoken with pitch

Hello,

in speech-dispatcher 0.8, I get the unwanted behaviour that every word starting
with a capital is spoken with raised pitch. I have removed the system-wide
configuration and the user configuration looks like this:

=== /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf ===
AudioOutputMethod "libao"
AddModule "espeak"       "sd_espeak"   "espeak.conf"
DefaultModule espeak
DefaultCapLetRecognition  "none"
===

The problem is both reproducible with spd-say and Orca. E.g. `spd-say -o espeak
"Hi"` is spoken with raised pitch, but `spd-say -o espeak "hi"` with normal
pitch.

I have also attached a log file, which at least for me doesn't reveal
information.

What can I do to suppress this behavior?

Thanks
Sebastian
