[Straw-devel] UI changes

Hi! It's a weekend, so I did some UI changes. A screenshot can be found
at http://www.spaceants.org/images/straw-offline.png. Here's a summary:

* HIG-fied offline dialog. I'm gonna do the other windows as well, I
just started with the smallest one.

* Made prefs and offline dialogs modal.

* Replaced GtkStatusBar with a GnomeAppBar. They're pretty much the same
with GnomeAppBar having a progress bar which we can turn on in case
straw needs it in the future.

* HIG-fied the toolbar. Added previous item, next-unread item/feed, and
transfed add new feed in the toolbar as well.

Let me know if it's ugly or whatever. :)
