Hi, have you got gnome-python2-gconf-2.0.0? 1.99.14 seems a bit old and
your problem might've fixed by 2.0.0. Once you've installed 2.0.0 and
straw still won't work, you might wanna try the gconf examples bundled
with the package just to make sure your installation/setup is ok.
