[Straw-devel] changes in my archive: adding and deleting feeds

Until I figure out how to make this thing update changelog and send
emails to the commits list, I'll send email here when something
significant happens.

patch-8 fixes adding of feeds (I broke it yesterday, I guess) and
deleting feeds (which has been somewhat broken since the current
incarnation of categories was introduced.)
