[STUMP] mpd.lisp minor fix and notifications patch

Here are two patches.

First is a small typo fix in contrib/mpd.lisp that made stumpwm crash
when trying to use the *mpd-search-map*.

Second is a patch for the recent notifications.lisp (which is great). It
conflicted with the %n group formatter si I changed it to %N.
I also modified the notifications-as-string function so it now use
"format" and displays nothing if there are no notifications.
Ho and you can specify the delimiters (first and last characters in
notifications display) with *notifications-delimiters*.
