[STUMP] feature request: root-lock mode

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been discussed before.  Sometimes it might make
sense to perform many window commands one after another.  It probably
makes things faster if there was a root-lock mode::

  C-t C-l

  g c new RET
  n
  n
  g m new RET
  g ' other
  w
  2
  k
  ...

  C-g

After C-t C-l, stumpwm uses *root-map* instead of *top-map* until C-g.
