[STUMP] wiki update

Hey all,

I have been using clbuild to handle my lispy things lately.  Anyway I
have got stumpwm and swank working happily using clbuild, and added
instructions on making this happen to the wiki.

Any comments or improvements are welcome.  Btw. if you are a stumpwm
and lisp using person, I *highly* recommend clbuild, it makes
maintenance soo much easier.
