In fucnction 'make-rule-for-window'
(concat *data-dir* group-name) will suck.

The type of 'group-name' is string.
The define of *data-dir* is

(defvar *window-placement-rules* '()
  "List of rules governing window placement. Use define-frame-preference to
add rules")

They can concat?
