Because current restart scheme is one big mess and I don't want to
completely rewrite it as maybe someone meant something.
Actually, variables are much easier to work with than command line
options. Just like when you have many arguments to a function, you use
named arguments.
Should I rename it to STUMPISH_NO_NCURSES, so that it can be exported in
.profile/.bashrc/.zshrc without any doubts?
