There are four sets of keybindings in iresize mode for moving the windows around, but none of them were what I wanted. The first patch allows the user to add a set of keys for moving around. This lets me configure WSAD. The second patch makes sure the keymap is always overwritten. This seems like the right behavior to me - maybe someone wants to get rid of the vi keybindings and use them for something else in that mode, like administering an electric shock. I'm including it here because I noticed it; I suppose you could clear *resize-map* manually. The third patch adds in WSAD as valid keys, and updates the manual. I don't have a strong preference about this patch, since the first one lets me customize the keys to my liking, and honestly, five sets of keybindings is a little much. The fourth patch exports set-resize-increment. It looked lonely there, not being exported along with the variable it pertains to. I include this patch because I noticed it exporting set-resize-keys.
