[STUMP] ECL patches and README fixes

Hello,

my tree (git://github.com/blitz/stumpwm.git) has some commits lurking
around that might as well be in the mainline stumpwm:

 "Added support for ECL to build system."

A binary compiled with ECL does not work, but having the code in the
official repo might encourage people to finish it.

 "Unify StumpWM spelling in README (and some other cleanups)."
