This is strange. What information the kernel provides seems to depend on
the battery used. What a crappy interface... I just saw the code for it
in acpi. Who designs these interfaces?
Could you send me the output of strace acpi, while the battery is
charging or discharging? I hopefully can come up with something that
works for all of us. ;)
