StumpWM windowlist is quite hard to use with selected menu item
indicated by reverse video. It often takes me a second or two of
staring at it to figure out which item is selected.
Attached patch implements customizable colors for selected item in the
menu. The patch temporary replaces the default foreground/background
for the duration of drawing selected item, so escape codes continue to
work. Also if selection colors are not set, it reverts back to reverse video.
