delegates for the mentors summit

Hi hackers.

So it is time to decide who will be representing the GNU org at the
google mentors summit this year.

As in previous years google will pay for the travel costs of two
delegates.

Interested mentors please reply to this email (don't forget to CC the
list) clearly indicating:

1. Whether you are a mentor or org admin for some other organization in
   this years GSOC.

2. Whether you attended the GSOC mentors summit in the past.
