[gnu-soc] [IMPORTANT] Update your ideas and subscribe your mentors for GSOC 2024

If you are the maintainer of a GNU project participating in GSOC 2024
under the GNU umbrella, please makes sure your ideas page correctly
identify the kind of project (small, medium, large, etc) and also that
your mentors are subscribed in the GSOC site [1] and have accepted the
GSOC 2024 terms.

Then please send an email to jemarch@gnu.org CCing gscrivano@gmail.com
specifying the name, email and GSOC account handler of the mentor to
invite.

Note that if a mentor had an account for a previous edition of GSOC, she
will still have to accept the terms of 2024 before we can invite them as
mentors for 2024.
