As I understand it, with Suse you should take care to make sure your
Tcl/Tk include files match up the the libraries that Swarm finds.
Watch the include and library file pathnames that get reported by
configure and check the Tcl/Tk libraries reported to ensure they match
up with the version numbers recorded in tcl.h and tk.h.  (I've added
such checks to the autoconf per Benedikt's suggestion.)
