1) NAACSOS has a tutorial session scheduled for Wednesday evening, June 21, from 6:00 till ??.

2) Swarm has a tutorial session scheduled for Sunday, June 25, all day.

3) Mike North has volunteered to give RePast presentations at both if needed?

4) We have extra rooms to work with. If there is demand, we could run parallel sessions in both tutorial time slots, or run one session and allocate the time period to different topics (Agent-based simulation theory, RePast, NetLogo, etc).

As long as I know the facility needs, I can make the arrangements.

Bill Rand of Northwestern has volunteered to do a NetLogo tutorial for both NAACSOS and SwarmFest (or a combined tutorial, if appropriate). I
think that this is a great idea. Is it OK with each of you?
