I've talked two of my colleagues at USU into presenting at swarmfest. One of them, Keith Christiensen, is working with mass egress of people from public structures in emergency situations, with the objective of making things easier for disables people in those situations. If we still need a social-science type invited speaker, should we consider making him an invited speaker?

My talk in Bali at that time seems to have fallen through, and I'm now trying to see if I can work in a trip to swarmfest on this short notice.

Steve,
I have a preliminary schedule posted at:

Good! We need to add a little blurb for each featured speaker. I will provide one for myself, and get Gary An to help me with one for him.

Mike: Can you come up with a paragraph on Steve Banks to draw in the crowds? Who he is, what his topic will be...

I will resume attempts to find another speaker or two. I am trying to contact the traffic modelers at Berkeley, and will probe Scott Page finally. (But nobody with any sense answers their phone or checks email late on Friday afternoons.)
