Bill,

Good point!

We will have a poster room - same room as the refreshments - where  
posters will be also be located.

I've added the word "poster" to the evening reception and social events.

I will ask all presenters to bring a poster. We will also post the  
SwarmFest abstracts on bulletin boards in the refreshment room.
