I have experienced the exact same issue with pdf2swf for a specific pdf.
It repeats every time. Any remedy or suggestion would be appreciated. I
would be happy to forward you the pdf.

Yes, I see that, too. For some reason, the Flash Player doesn't map 1:1
between output pixels and bitmap pixels for this (type of?) image.
I've never seen this before either. Then again, the Flash Player has
always been good for surprises.
